We start with high-carbon and Damascus billets, chosen for the balance of hardness and flexibility every great blade needs.
Layers of steel are heated, hammered, and folded by hand, building the signature wavy Damascus grain one strike at a time.
Precise quenching and tempering lock in the hardness, so every edge holds longer between sharpenings.
Each blade is ground, polished, and hand-sharpened to a mirror edge before it earns our mark.
